Logged in users are able to add content to the new NAAIDT Online but a Moderator must validate it before it can be seen by anyone other than the submitter and the moderator.Access to the new content input form is via My NAAIDT or the link to 'Add article to CMS' provided in the Special Tools menu. Return to new NAAIDT Online - User Guide Articles cannot be submitted without at least a title and a summary. In addition, the submission date defaults to the current date but this can be altered if the submitter wishes to defer publication for example. A date for withdrawal of the article from display can also be set. After this date the article will remain in the archive and can still be retrieved by searches if needed. It is important to examine 'Article Classifications', and check as many boxes as are appropriate. This ensures your new article is eligible to appear in classification choices and will help users find it. If the Public category is unticked then viewing will be restricted to those audience categories that are ticked. If you neglect to tick any audience categories you will be prompted to do so upon submission. If, on subsequent editing, the Article Classifications are not shown at the bottom of the screen, they can be revealed by clicking on 'Show Article Classifications'
