The general public can read articles that have had the Public classification ticked in the Target Audience section when submitted.
Return to new NAAIDT Online - User Guide
If the Public classification is left unticked, viewing will be restricted to those Target Audiences that are ticked.
Logged on users will be able to read all public content plus any content restricted to viewing by groups they belong to e.g. some content will be restricted to NAAIDT Executive.
Note that the Target Audiences of Pupils, Staff, Headteachers and Governors are provided for guidance only and do not impact upon viewing restrictions.
