RJH Finishing Systems Ltd - Specialist in Grinding and Polishing

In February 1999, RJH Engineering Ltd was acquired by Morrisflex, which specializes in the production of deburring tools and finishing machines for precision industries. Subsequently the machines division of Morrisflex was transferred to RJH, which was then demerged from the parent company. RJH is now an independent, privately-owned company, and the company was rebranded in November 2011 to RJH Finishing Systems. Today RJH manufactures and supplies a wide range of machines for a variety of applications.

Its industrial products are marketed under the brands of RJH production machines and Powerfin machines for continuous production and specialized applications. A range of dust extractors is also available.

The Heckmondwike Yorkshire factory employs a highly skilled and experienced labour force. Graham Minton is the Managing Director. He has a background in marketing and industrial design.

Single- Ended Profile Sanders

ZEBRA- ZE Series, Dust Extraction, Pedestal & Bench

The RJH ZEBRA has been primarily been designed for use in the educational market, although it also has a number of industrial uses. It is based on the introduction of "Star" Wheels which are slow running abrasive strips similar to the more traditional flap wheels. The ZEBRA can profile shaped wooden components giving an excellent smooth finish, but with the benefit that should a student's hand come into contact with the Star Wheel there is no fear of any physical injury. The Star Wheel will also add a "finish" to steel components creating a very useful addition to the classroom capabilities.

The ZEBRA is available in three versions, dust extraction, pedestal & bench. Dust Extractors For Educational Workshops

ADDER, VIPER, MAMBA & COBRA

Recognising the stringent safety and environmental regulations now affecting the workplace, RJH offers dust extraction systems to suit portable tools and equipment such as grinders, polishers, band and circular saws, commonly used in Design and Technology workshops.
